Membership fees are non-refundable except in cases of serious injury or illness, verified by a medical professional, within 7 days of purchase.

 

Refunds for unused personal training sessions may be requested within 14 days, subject to a 20% administrative fee.

 

No refunds for classes or promotions unless canceled by the gym.
