Welcome to Club Ravenous. By joining or using our gym, website, or mobile app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

Membership

• Eligibility: Members must be 16+ years old. Minors (16-17) require parental consent.

• Membership Agreement: Memberships are subject to approval and may require a signed contract.

• Fees and Payments: Membership fees are billed as agreed (monthly, annually, etc.). Non-payment may result in suspension or termination. All fees are non-refundable unless stated in our Refund Policy.

• Cancellation: Members may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Early termination may incur fees per your contract.

 

Gym Use

• Rules and Conduct: Follow gym rules, including proper attire, equipment use, and respectful behavior. Club Ravenous may suspend or terminate membership for violations.

• Safety: Use equipment at your own risk. Consult a physician before starting any fitness program.

Liability: Club Ravenous is not liable for injuries, damages, or lost/stolen items, except where required by law.

 

Services

• Classes and Trainers: Availability of classes, trainers, or equipment is not guaranteed and may change.

• Promotions: Special offers are subject to specific terms and may be discontinued at any time.

Website and App Use

• Access: Use of our website or app requires compliance with these terms.

• Content: All content (logos, images, etc.) is owned by Club Ravenous. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

 

Intellectual Property All Club Ravenous branding, content, and materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Use without permission is prohibited.

 

Termination Club Ravenous may terminate your membership or access for violating these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with notice.

 

Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.

 

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of California/United States.

Binding Arbitration

 

Any dispute arising from these Terms, your membership, or use of Club Ravenous facilities, website, or app will be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court, except for small claims disputes.

 

Arbitration will be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Los Angeles, California.

• Waiver of Class Actions: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action or collective proceeding.

• Costs: Each party will bear its own costs, except as provided by AAA rules or applicable law.

• Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to Club Ravenous within 30 days of signing up at info@clubravenous.com.
